2. in account click link “Click here if you already have an account with this or another conference on this site.”
3. Enter your existing username and password to create an account with this conference, then check AUTHOR in create author as
4. Upon registering for an account, be sure to fill in your phone number (*mandatory).
5. Click “Create”

1. CREATE USER.
Create a user at this link https://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/ICENISUNDIP/ICENIS2026/user/account. Fill in the data. This sign (*) is required to be filled. Don’t forget to select the Author and volunteer as a reviewer (if willing).
2. SUBMIT FULLPAPER.
After creating a user as author, please complete the submission.
Steps for submission:
Author can submit full paper by clicking <New Submission> in the menu USER HOME.

- Manuscript Format: Ensure the paper follows the required conference format (single or double column as specified).
- Full Paper Requirement: Submitted manuscripts must be full papers (not abstracts) and written in English.
- Authors Information:
- Ensure correct structure of authors’ names (given name and surname).
- Incorrect formatting may affect indexing.
- References:
- Use numbered citation style (e.g., [1], [2–5]).
- References must be listed in order of appearance.
- Include DOI whenever available.
- Maximum of 15 references per article.
- Avoid excessive self-citation or repetitive sources.
- Figures and Images:
- Minimum resolution: 300 dpi (print) or 150 dpi (online).
- Ensure high-quality visuals.
- PDF Preparation:
- Embed all fonts (including figures).
- Do not apply any security protection to the PDF file.
- Use high-quality PDF settings (Print/Press quality).
- Final Check:
- Carefully review all content (authors, affiliations, references).
- No corrections will be made after publication (except via corrigendum).
- Authors are responsible for the accuracy of the final manuscript.
- PDF Validation:
- Authors are encouraged to check their PDF using the E3S PDF analyzer before submission.

3. TRACKING SUBMISSION.
Waiting for the review process by the reviewer appointed by the director. Tracking submissions on the dashboard of the author page of the website and check the inbox of your registered email. You will be notified if accepted.
4. CONFERENCE REGISTRATION.
After having an account, the author is not automatically registered as a conference presenter, so the author needs to click the registration menu here to be registered at the conference: https://econference.undip.ac.id/index.php/icenis/icenis2025 Select the appropriate type, either as a presenter participant or non-presenter participant.
5. MAKE PAYMENTS.
VIRTUAL ACCOUNT NUMBER for CONFERENCE FEE ……….. via BNI or other banks.

- International Presenter USD 100
Send the proof of payment via email to icenis@live.undip.ac.id.
